INDUSTRY, TECHNOLOGY AND COMMERCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 168 of 1992 - SECT 19
Functions of the Commission
19. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(1)(e) the following paragraph:
"(ea) to take appropriate steps to ascertain whether measuring instruments
with an approved pattern are in accordance with the pattern;".
