INDUSTRY, TECHNOLOGY AND COMMERCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 91 of 1989 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 15 shall be taken to have commenced on 14 December 1988.

(3) Subject to subsection (4), the provisions of Parts 4 and 5 commence on a
day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.

(4) If a provision referred to in subsection (3) does not commence within the
period of 6 months beginning on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent, it commences at the end of that period.
