Income Tax Assessment Amendment Act (No. 3) 1984 No. 47 of 1984 - SECT 9
Gross income from certain sources
9. Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
sub-section (1) '', an amount to which section 26AC or 26AD applies or an
eligible termination payment within the meaning of Subdivision AA.''.
