INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1979 No. 27 of 1979 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-sections (2) and (3), this Act shall come into operation
on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The amendment made by section 5 shall be deemed to have come into
operation on 5 December 1978.

(3) The amendment made by section 6 shall be deemed to have come into
operation on 23 June 1977.
