INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 56 of 1976 - SECT 18

18. (1) The amendments made by sections 3 to 12 apply to assessments in
respect of income of the year of income commencing on 1 July 1976, and in
respect of income of all subsequent years of income.

(2) The amendment made by section 14 applies to payments made on or after 1
July 1976.
