INCOME TAX (RATES) AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1980 No. 59 of 1980 - SECT 5

5. Sub-section 9 (6) of the Income Tax (Rates) Act 1976 does not apply in
relation to section 4 of this Act but if, on 15 June 1980, there is not in
force, in relation to the year of income commencing on 1 July 1980, a
regulation made under sub-section 9 (4) of the Income Tax (Rates) Act 1976,
the Treasurer shall, as soon as practicable after 15 June 1980, cause to be
published in the Gazette the factor ascertained in accordance with sub-section
9 (3) of that Act in relation to that year of income.
