INCOME TAX AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 85 of 1990 - SECT 3

3. Section 7 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Levy of Tax

"7. The tax imposed by subsection 5 (1) is levied, and shall be paid, for the
financial year commencing on 1 July 1986 and for all subsequent financial
years until the Parliament otherwise provides.".
