FORMAL AMENDMENTS

1. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by omitting any
number expressed in words that is used, whether with or without the addition
of a letter or letters, to identify a section of that Act or of another Act,
and substituting that number expressed in figures:-

Sections 3 (5) and (6), 4 (2), 8 (2), 12 (1), 13 (2), 15 (1) (definition of
"public loan interest"), (3) (b), (4) and (5), 16 (4) and (5) (b), 17B (1) (b)
and (2), 19A (3), 20 (3) and 21.

  2. Sections   3 (1), 3  (6) (c) and 16 (5) of the Principal Act are amended
by omitting the words "of this Act", "to this Act" and "of this section"
(wherever occurring).

3. The Principal Act is further amended as set out in the following table:-
