INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1974 No. 26 of 1974 - SECT 19

19. Section 221AI of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (d) of sub-section (1) the word "and" (last
        occurring); and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (e) of that sub-section and substituting the
        following paragraphs:-



"(e) any amount payable by the company as any other instalment of tax in
respect of its income of the year of income whether or not that amount is due
for payment; and

   (f)  any other income tax or any withholding tax payable by the company
        whether or not that income tax or withholding tax is due for
        payment,".
