INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (AUSTRALIAN-RESIDENT SEAFARERS) GRANTS ACT 1995 No. 151 of 1995 - SECT 19
Time for prosecutions
19.(1) In spite of anything in any other law, proceedings for an offence
against this Act may be brought within the period of 3 years after the
commission of the offence.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an offence against subsection 17(1).
