INSURANCE SUPERVISORY LEVIES COLLECTION ACT 1989 No. 18 of 1989 - SECT 9

9. The following amounts may be recovered by the Commonwealth as debts due to
the Commonwealth:

   (a)  levy that is due and payable;

   (b)  an amount that is payable by way of penalty under section 8.
