(1) This item applies to a determination that was:
(a) made by the Governor-General under subsection 10(6) of the Australian
Science and Technology Council Act 1978; and
(b) in force immediately before the commencement of this item.
(2) The determination has effect, after that commencement, as if it had been
made by the Minister under that subsection as amended by this Schedule.
