INTERSTATE ROAD TRANSPORT AMENDMENT ACT 2000 NO. 40, 2000 - SCHEDULE 1

- Amendment of the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985

1 Subsection 3(1) (definition of trailer )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

trailer means a vehicle that is built to be towed, or is towed, by a motor vehicle, but does not include a motor vehicle that is being towed.
