INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1991 No. 7 of 1992 - SECT 42
Termination of appointment
42. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(3)(b) "granted by the Authority", and substituting "of absence".
