INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1991 No. 7 of 1992 - SECT 4

4. In this Part:

"commencing day" means the day on which this Part commences;

"new Commission" means the Commission for the Safety, Rehabilitation and
Compensation of Commonwealth Employees established under section 89A of the
Principal Act as amended by this Act;

"OHS Act" means the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employment) 
Act 1991 , as in force immediately before the commencing day;

"previous Commission" means the Commission for the Safety, Rehabilitation and
Compensation of Commonwealth Employees established under section 68 of the
Principal Act.
