INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No.2) 1992 No. 215 of 1992 - SECT 4
Objects of Act
4. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (b)
the following paragraph:
"(ba) to facilitate access to conciliation and arbitration for the prevention
and prompt settlement of industrial disputes; and".
