INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No.2) 1992 No. 215 of 1992 - SECT 2
Commencement
2.(1) Parts 1 and 3 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent.
(2) Parts 9, 10 and 11 are taken to have commenced on 18 February 1991.
(3) The remaining provisions commence on the 28th day after the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent.
