INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1990 No. 108 of 1990 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 22, 23 and 24 are taken to have commenced on 1 March 1989.

(3) Section 26 is taken to have commenced on 1 January 1990.

(4) Sections 8, 13 and 21 are taken to have commenced on the same day as the
Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 1990.

(5) Subject to subsection (6), section 33 commences on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.

(6) If the provision referred to in subsection (5) does not commence under
that subsection within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day after the
end of that period.
