INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 122 of 1991 - SECT 31

31. (1) The Acts specified in the Schedule are amended as set out in that
Schedule.

(2) A person who:

   (a)  immediately before the commencement of this section, was the holder of
        a public office within the meaning of the
        Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973; and

   (b)  upon that commencement, has in respect of that office such recreation
        leave entitlements as are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal;
        retains, in respect of that office, such rights (if any) in relation
        to leave of absence for recreation as had accrued to the person
        immediately before that commencement.
