INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 122 of 1991 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subsection 4 (1), paragraph 10 (b) and sections 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20
are taken to have commenced on 1 December 1988.

(3) Subject to subsection (4), paragraphs 28 (b), (c), (d) and (e) and
sections 30 and 31 commence on a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.

(4) If a provision referred to in subsection (3) does not commence within the
period of 6 months beginning on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent, it commences at the end of that period.
