INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 19 of 1991 - SECT 20
Certain proceedings to be dealt with under Industrial Relations Act
20. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (2)
(d) "247" and substituting "253M".
