INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES AMENDMENT ACT 1981 No. 44 of 1981 - SECT 34

34. A person who holds office as a member (other than the Chairman) of the
Australian Industrial Research and Development Incentives Board immediately
before the commencement of this section continues, after the commencement of
this section, to hold office as such a member, subject to the Industrial
Research and Development Incentives Act 1976, for the remainder of the period
of his appointment under the Principal Act.
