INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES ACT 1976 No. 85 of 1976 - SECT 54

54. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(2) the following sub-section:-

''(2A) The person who, immediately before 1 July 1976, was the Chairman of the
Board shall on, or as soon as practicable after, that date, furnish to the new
Board such information as is necessary to enable the new Board to comply with
this section.''.
