INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES ACT 1976 No. 85 of 1976 - SECT 3
Object of Act.
3. The object of this Act is to promote the development and improve the
efficiency of Australian industry by encouraging industrial research and
development in Australia in matters relating to science and technology.
