INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES ACT 1976

No. 85 of 1976 An Act to make provision for and in relation to
Industrial Research and Development, including the payment by the Commonwealth
of Incentive Grants.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Industrial Research and Development Incentives
Act 1976.*1*
