Effect of amendments relating to members of the Industry Research and Development Board and its committees
The amendments made by items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Schedule 1 do not affect the
validity of, or the period of, an appointment of a person as a member of the
Industry Research and Development Board, or as a member of a committee of that
Board, that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
