Schedule 2-Amendment of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 1 Paragraph
73B(10)(a) After "year of income", insert "and in relation to those
activities". 2 Application The amendment made by this Schedule applies in
relation to a registration, under section 39J of the Industry Research and
Development Act 1986, in respect of which an application was made under that
Act on or after the day on which this Schedule commences. [Minister's second
