INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 92

92. Where the parties to an industrial dispute are bound by an award that
provides for procedures for preventing or settling industrial disputes between
them, the Commission shall, in considering whether or when it will exercise
its powers in relation to the industrial dispute, have regard to the extent to
which the procedures (if applicable to the industrial dispute) have been
complied with by the parties and the circumstances of any compliance or
noncompliance with the procedures.
