INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 9

9. (1) The President, Deputy Presidents and Commissioners shall be appointed
by the Governor-General by commission and hold office as provided by this Act.

(2) Each Presidential Member has the same rank, status and precedence as a
Judge of the Court.

(3) A Presidential Member or former Presidential Member is entitled to be
styled "The Honourable".
(4) A person is not entitled to be styled "The Honourable" merely because the
person is acting, or has acted, as a Presidential Member.
