INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 8

8. (1) There is established a commission by the name of the Australian
Industrial Relations Commission.

(2) The Commission consists of:

   (a)  a President;

   (b)  such number of Deputy Presidents as, from time to time, hold office
        under this Act; and

   (c)  such number of Commissioners as, from time to time, hold office under
        this Act.
