INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 57

Limitations on appeals from Court to High Court
57. (1) An appeal does not lie to the High Court from a judgment of a single
Judge of the Court under this Act.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), an appeal lies to the High Court, with the
leave of the High Court, from a judgment of a Full Court of the Court in a
matter arising under this Act.

(3) An appeal does not lie to the High Court from a judgment of a Full Court
of the Court:

   (a)  in a matter arising under section 46, 51, 61 or 82 or Part IX (other
        than Division 8) unless the judgment was made, given or pronounced in
        relation to a prosecution for an offence; or

   (b)  in relation to a contempt of the Court in relation to a proceeding in
        a matter arising under this Act.
