INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 51

51. (1) The Court may give an interpretation of an award on application by:

   (a)  the Minister; or

   (b)  an organisation or person bound by the award.

(2) The decision of the Court is final and conclusive and is binding on the
organisations and persons bound by the award who have been given an
opportunity of being heard by the Court.
