INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 49

49. (1) The President shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each
financial year, prepare and provide to the Minister a report of the operations
of the Commission during that year.

(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House
of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after its receipt by
the Minister.
