INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 47

47. (1) The Commission shall have a seal on which are inscribed the words

"The Seal of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission".

(2) A duplicate of the seal shall be kept at each registry.

(3) Such other seals as are required for the business of the Commission shall
be kept and used at each registry, and shall be in such form and kept in such
custody, as the President directs.

(4) A document, or a copy of a document, purporting to be sealed with the seal
of the Commission or a duplicate of the seal, or with a seal referred to in
subsection (3), is receivable in evidence without further proof of the seal.
