INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 44
Particular rights of intervention of Minister
44. (1) The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, by giving written
notice to the Industrial Registrar, intervene in the public interest in a
matter before a Full Bench.
(2) The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, by giving written notice
to the Industrial Registrar, intervene in the public interest in a matter
before the Commission so far as the matter involves public sector employment.
