INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 33

Powers may be exercised of Commission's own motion or on application

33. Subject to this Act, the Commission may perform a function or exercise a
power:

   (a)  of its own motion; or

   (b)  on the application of:

        (i)    a party to an industrial dispute; or

        (ii)   an organisation or person bound by an award.
