INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 32

32. A function or power conferred by this Act on a member or members of the
Commission, however described (including a member in the capacity of
designated Presidential Member), shall, where the context admits, be taken to
be a function or power conferred on the Commission to be performed or
exercised by the member or members.
