INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 30

30. (1) Subject to this Act, the Commission may be constituted by:

   (a)  a single member, or 2 or more members, of the Commission; or

   (b)  a Full Bench.

(2) A Full Bench consists of at least 3 members of the Commission, including
at least 2 Presidential Members, established by the President as a Full Bench
for the purposes of a proceeding.

(3) The Commission constituted by a member or members of the Commission may
exercise its powers (whether under this Act or otherwise) even though the
Commission constituted by another member or other members of the Commission is
at the same time exercising the powers of the Commission (whether under this
Act or otherwise).
