INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 25

25. (1) Subject to subsection (2), a Commissioner shall not, except with the
consent of the Minister, engage in paid employment outside the duties of the
office.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the holding by a member of an
office or appointment in the Defence Force.
