INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 24
Removal of Presidential Member from office
24. The Governor-General may remove a Presidential Member from office on an
address praying for removal on the grounds of proved misbehaviour or
incapacity being presented to the Governor-General by both Houses of the
Parliament in the same session.
