INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 23
Remuneration and allowances of Commissioners
23. Subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973, a Commissioner shall be
paid:
(a) such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and
(b) such allowances as are prescribed.
