INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 19

19. A member of the Commission shall, before proceeding to discharge the
duties of the office, take before the Governor-General, a Justice of the High
Court, a Judge of the Court or a Judge of the Supreme Court of a State or
Territory an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in Schedule 2.
