INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 179

179. An employee entitled to the benefit of an award or order may, not later
than 6 years after a payment becomes due to the employee under the award or
order, sue for the amount of the payment in the Court or in any other court of
competent jurisdiction.
