INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 165

165. Where an order under section 127 relates to industrial action by persons
engaged in public sector employment falling within paragraph (a) or
(b) of the definition of "public sector employment" in subsection 4 (1), an
action under a law of a State or Territory does not lie against an
organisation, or an officer, member or employee of an organisation, in
relation to conduct of the organisation, or of the officer, member or employee
acting in that capacity, that is in breach of the order.
