INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 163

163. Unless the contrary intention appears, expressions used in or in relation
to this Division that are used in the Trade Practices Act have, in this Act,
the same respective meanings as those expressions have in the Trade  Practices
Act .
