INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 15

15. (1) Nothing in this Act prevents a person who holds office as a member of
the Commission from holding at the same time:

   (a)  an office as member of a prescribed Commonwealth tribunal or
        prescribed Territory tribunal; or

   (b)  an office under a Commonwealth or Territory law that provides for the
        office to be held by a member of the Commission.

(2) A person who is a member of the Commission may, in accordance with and
subject to the directions of the President, perform functions as a member of a
prescribed Territory tribunal.

(3) In this section:

"tribunal" does not include a court created by the Parliament.
