INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 145

145. The date of an award shall be:

   (a)  if the award is a certified agreement - the day on which the agreement
        was certified under section 115; or

   (b)  in any other case - the day on which the award was signed under
        subsection 143 (1).
