INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 14

14. As agreed from time to time by the President and the head of the
prescribed State industrial authority, a person who holds an office of member
of the Commission and an office of member of a prescribed State industrial
authority:

   (a)  may perform the duties of the secondary office; and

   (b)  may exercise, in relation to a particular matter:

        (i)    any powers that the person has in relation to the matter as a
               member of the Commission; and

        (ii)   any powers that the person has in relation to the matter as a
               member of the State industrial authority.
