INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 13

13. A person who is a member of the Commission may be appointed as a member of
a prescribed State industrial authority, and a person who is a member of a
prescribed State industrial authority may, subject to section 10, be appointed
as a member of the Commission, and, subject to any law of the State, a person
so appointed may, at the same time, hold the offices of member of the
Commission and member of the prescribed State industrial authority.
