INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 12

12. (1) A member of the Commission may, with the consent of the President,
perform his or her duties on a part-time basis.

(2) Where the President consents to a member performing his or her duties on a
part-time basis, the member shall, subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act
1973, be paid:

   (a)  such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and

   (b)  such allowances as are prescribed.

(3) In this section:

"member of the Commission" does not include:

   (a)  the President; or

   (b)  a person who also holds office as a member of a prescribed
        State industrial authority.
